Inside out: Artisanal, traditional cheese
Farm Waterrijk stands on an island in the Kagerplassen. This is where the Van der Poel family has been making cheese for three generations. With a lot of love and patience in a traditional, traditional way. Hugo and Marije’s family lives on the farm with their children Anna, Menno and Lucas. Traditionally, transport goes by boat and Alain Caron also takes the rowing boat to visit this special cheese farm!
